We were appointed by Barratt Homes as the ESCo operator for the College Road development situated in Harrow, Middlesex. Our services here include full Operation and Maintenance and Metering and Billing Services.
On this particular project we started the Metering and Billing services in advance of the full ESCo services, as the site was not ready to be fully adopted. We onboarded the 320 customers and provided Customer Service and Metering and Billing for nearly 2 years before adopting the site.
In 2017, Pinnacle Power invested in proprietary software to ensure a market leading service to our customers and clients. This software was then taken in house in 2019 and rebranded under the name Captus. Partnered with our With Energy online portal, Captus is a market leading metering and billing platform and customer online portal which Pinnacle own and operate.
The customers are managed internally via our inhouse metering and billing platform “Captus”. Captus was set up with customers, clients and future regulation in mind. To that end Captus is a platform which Pinnacle can operate on behalf of the client or issue licenses for a fee to allow others to operate, allowing flexibility for our clients to pick and choose how to manage their customers on site.
